Well, Billy is absolutely a great conjurer who is very responsible.

My other keeper friends have different opinions on Billy.

But I can sure that the people who really get served by Billy can never say he's bad at conjuring. It's because he really brings the amazing companions to me. All the companions I got from him are treating me so well and protect me mant times.

Especially Billy can always meet my needs. None of the companions he conjured for me isn't suit me.
