Malachi, the Dullahan:

Appearance: Malachi is a terrifying and imposing figure, a headless horseman riding a black steed. He carries his head in his arm, its eyes glowing with malevolent light. He is dressed in dark armor, both old and stained, and carries a whip made of human spines and sinew.
