Pre-Conjure Nure-Onna BA

BA Nure-Onna: Kiyomi
Kiyomi manifests as a mesmerizing serpentine entity featuring the upper body of an alluring human female with wet, cascading raven hair, pale skin, and hypnotic golden-green eyes, seamlessly transitioning into a massive, muscular serpentine tail of dark emerald scales. She governs the deep, suffocating, and binding currents of water magic, emotional entrapment, and hypnotic illusion. Kiyomi works closely with her keeper to uncover hidden deceptions, bind hostile rivals, and project an irresistible, magnetic glamour that commands absolute attention. In retribution, she ensnares targets in inescapable emotional quicksand, chronic bad luck, and severe paranoia that drains their vitality and shatters their reputation. Her presence brings a chilling drop in room temperature and the damp, eerie scent of river moss, wet stone, and dark musk.
